in 1991 the Ministry of Economic Affairs commissioned Roger Camrass at Butler Cox to undertake a review of the impact of technology on Dutch Economic Performance. Roger partnered with Professor Michael Porter of Harvard Business School, who had recently published 'The Competitive Advantage of Nations'. The report was presented to the Dutch Parliament in 1992.
